STEVE BRACKEN, PrincipalSteve Bracken brings an impressive and vast array of financial services experiences to Grand Slam 3 clients. In addition to being a Grand Slam 3 principal, he is managing director with Dartmouth Capital Group, a capital and financial consulting firm. Steve has been active in the sourcing, negotiation, closing and management of client cases while consulting and providing management direction in strategic focus companies. Prior to joining Dartmouth Capital Group, Steve spent more than 25 years in the financial services industry and banking, including time as vice president – head of arbitrage with Continental Bank and vice president Sanwa BGK Securities where he was responsible for capital market activities in the Federal Reserve Primary Dealerships of those organizations. During this time, he was successful in managing more than $1 billion in bonds, notes, futures contracts and options for the two money center banks. In addition, Steve subsequently participated in consulting with start-up companies and small capital businesses as a founding member of his own advisory firm, Captus LLC. Steve serves on the board of Australian-based Woodshed Technologies, a clean technology company focused on technologies in clean energy, water and transport applications. He has been active in all companies engaged by Dartmouth Capital Group. Steve has held FINRA designations series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses, he has successfully completed the CPA exam, and he has a MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
